Assigning drafts to teammates helps you keep track of who's writing what, so that your entire team is accountable for your draft pipeline.
To assign a draft to a teammate:
Select the draft
Open the bulk actions menu
Select 'Assign to teammate'
Select your teammate and click 'Assign'
