Secure sharing

Reword is all about collaboration. If you need to share your article, there’s a few ways to do it…

  1. Read-only - If you just want people to view but not edit your article, use the secure sharing link. Anyone with this link will be able to live preview your article

  2. Editing - To edit the article, you’ll need to invite them as a teammate. You can do this from the sharing menu by clicking ‘Invite a teammate’. (Please be aware, additional costs apply for teammates).

Exporting

When you’ve finished writing your draft, it’s time to export it. You can do this a few different ways.

  1. Using the Wordpress connection.

  2. Copying as text, markdown or HTML.

  3. Downloading as a .docx, .pdf, .md or .html file.

Using the Wordpress connection

Once you have linked your Wordpress account with Reword, you can easily export your drafts into Wordpress, using the Sync to WP feature in the sidebar.

Exporting manually by copying as text, markdown or HTML

When you’re ready to export your article into your CMS, click on the Article option on the top menu bar and select Copy.

Here, you’ll have some options for exporting your content:

  • Copy as Text (most common).

  • Copy as Markdown.

  • Copy as HTML.

Once you click an option, it will be copied to your clipboard automatically. You can then create a post in your CMS and paste the content in.

Downloading your draft

If you prefer to download your article before publishing, we've got you covered.

Simply navigate to Article on the top menu bar, and select Download.

From there, you can choose to save your draft as a .docx, .pdf, .md, or .html file.
