Adding your articles
You can easily import your published articles into Reword at any time, using just a URL. There’s a few reasons you might want to do this…
- To import an article that you want to optimise.
- To train your AI on previous articles.
- To add awareness for the AI to create internal links.
Additionally, once you have added it, we will track it every day for changes. This means that when you do want to edit it within Reword, it will always be up to date.
How to manually add articles
If you want to add articles manually, you can do so at any time by heading to Articles and then clicking on ‘Add published articles’.
If you have more than one article to add, use the ‘Add another article’ link to add it at the same time.
It will typically take a few seconds for your article to be imported. You will need to refresh the page.
If you’re not seeing your article, it may not meet the criteria described below.
If you think it should be importing, please reach out to hey@reword.co.
Article criteria
When you import an article, there’s a few requirements for us to import it:
- It must have significant content (Typically more than 300 words).
- It must have a H1.
- It must be accessible online, not behind a password or paywall.
As long as the criteria is met, you will see your article imported within a few minutes.
Using Connections
While adding published articles manually is a quick way to get started, it’s better to set up Connections that will sync your articles automatically.
You can use the following guides to set up Connections:
