Create specific voices for your AI
What are Voices?
Voices allow you to easily generate distinct writing styles for your AI Cowriter. These voices are tailored to create content in various different styles, all based on the articles you provide.
It learns the nuance of your writing, for example..
- Your tone and voice.
- How you address the reader.
- Your sentence construction.
- How you structure your articles.
How it works
Training a voice for your Cowriter is simple.
- Go to Voices on your Reword dashboard.
- Click Train a new voice.
- Upload 3+ articles matching your desired style. You can use both URLs or PDFs.

Once your voice training is complete it will show as ‘Trained’. You can then start writing!
To use your new voice in the editor, go to Cowriter > Voice, on the top menu bar, and select the voice you want to use.

You can create multiple voices, depending on the content you want to write. For example..
A formal/professional voice for informative updates.
A playful voice for lifestyle blogging.
An authoritative/expert voice for specialist topics.
A storytelling voice for personal experience articles.
A humorous voice for comedy blogs.
Align your cowriter's voice with the desired content, ensuring a seamless match for any topic.
Managing your voices
As a writer, your preferred style may evolve over time. That's why we've incorporated the flexibility to add or remove training articles from your voice or remove voices completely, enabling you to precisely tailor your AI.
Editing voices
If you have recently created articles that perfectly portray your brand's voice, you can add these to your current voice to further enhance the training of your AI cowriter.
You can also remove articles that you no longer want to use to train that specific voice.
Archiving voices
If you want to remove a voice, click the three small dots by your voice and select Archive.
