Inviting your team
Reword is designed with collaboration in mind. We recommend inviting all of your team to use Reword as soon as possible, as it helps your AI cowriter learn from your team.
The easiest way to add a teammate is by heading to Settings > Teammates in your Reword account. Then…
- Click ‘New Teammate’.
- Add your teammates email address.
- Select their role (More information on this below)
- Invite them!
Once they are invited, they will receive an email to finish their login setup.
If you need to revoke a teammates access at any time, you can do so by clicking the options dropdown and selecting ‘Revoke access’.
This will immediately limit the writers access to your Reword project.
There are 2 roles available when inviting your teammates to your Reword project.
Admins can do anything, most importantly:
- Manage billing settings
- Invite other teammates
- Change the project configuration
Please only invite your top-level team as admins. Manage access carefully!
Writers are appropriate for most teammates. They can still handle most activities, such as…
- Creating new drafts
- Optimizing articles
We recommend using this role by default.
