Reword tracks your published articles for you, so that you can jump into them at any time and make improvements.
Managing your articles
To manage your published articles, head to ‘Articles’ in the navigation.
Here you will find a list of all of your published articles that are within Reword, as well as some information about them, such as…
- Word count
- Last updated
- First detected
Searching for articles
You can use the search bar to locate any articles by their title. Simply enter a query and hit enter.
Adding published articles
If you want to add articles manually, you can do so at any time by heading to Articles and then clicking on ‘Add published articles’.
If you have more than one article to add, use the ‘Add another article’ link to add it at the same time.
It will typically take a few seconds for your article to be imported. You will need to refresh the page.
Editing your articles
To edit your articles, just click on the title or select ‘Open in editor’ from the options menu.
When you make changes to the article, a new draft will be created for you automatically.
Removing your articles
If you need to remove an article for any reason, you can do so by selecting the options menu and clicking ‘Archive article’. Note: Once an article is archived, it will not be used to train your AI assistant and will no longer be accessible from the articles page.
